Pranayama Breathwork is an active form of meditation which brings you into a relaxed state where you’re able to release stuck emotions and connect to your inner guidance.

When we saturate our bodies with oxygen, it helps clear negative emotions and traumas from our sympathetic nervous system, reduce stress, change lifetime patterns of depression, anxiety and trauma, as well as a variety of other benefits.
