Many of us in our busy lives don't make time to meditate or feel we can't do it on our own because we don't feel we have the discipline, our mind is too busy, we don't know how, or many other reasons.
We are here to help with Pranayama breathwork. This is an active form of mediation that fits in quite well with our busy lives. It doesn't take any special skills and we can easily guide you into a relaxed state that can help you access your subconscious mind and help clear uncomfortable emotions and blocks that are often pushed aside due to our demanding day to day lives.
